How should I proceed to book a transfer ?
You can contact us on info@gtaxi-meribel.com providing us the origin and destination of your transfer as well as the number of passengers that this service will be for and the extras services that you would like to have. In the case you wuld bne interested in a train station or airport pickup, we will need the train or flight number. Also your mobile phone number will be appreciated.
It is also possible to book your transfer calling us directly to our phone number +33(0)609527852.

Will I need to pay a deposit to book my transport ?
Depending on the price of your transfer, a deposit of 50% can be requested in advance to confirm the booking. The rest of the amount will be paid the day of the arrival transfer .

How will I be able to make payment ?
We accept cash and checks without any problem. We also accept credit card payments if this is requested in advance.
Payments by credit card can be dema on the following currencies :
American Dollar (USD),  Sterling Pounds (GBP), Swiss Francs (CHF), Japanese Yen (JPY), Australian Dollar (AUD),  Canadian Dollar (CAD), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Danish Krown (DKK), Norvegian Krown (NOK), Swedish Krown (SEK).

Are the prices dispayed on this website "all inclusive" and which period are they valid for ?
The prices displayed are the minimum advised prices. The French TVA of 10% is included. The prices includ all sizes of luggage as well as the ski equipment. Highway tolls are included aswell. If your train or flight is delayed, an aditionnal waiting fee can be charged of 55 €-70 € HT/hour depending day, cars ... By request, with no aditionnal cost, we can provide childeats or boosters. Our prices are applicables for the following dates 01/12/15 au 30/04/2016 , some saturdays , price are incrased 10-20 % more . Call or email for more information for this saturdays .

How do I find you the chauffeur at the train station or airport ?
Our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the train station arrival hall or at the arrival terminal of the airport with a sign with your name. Train stations and airports can be very busy during the high season, so this is the reason why it is important that you provide us your mobile phone number. On our side, you will always be able to contact us at any moment of the day and the night on +33(0)609527852.

What is your office timetable ?
Our office is open 24h a day and 7 days a week. There will always be someone to answer your call during the winter season on +33(0)609527852.

Can I share a transfer with another client ?
G’Taxi provides only private transfers. We insure to our clients a luxurious and safe service.

Can I cancel the transfer for weather reasons ?
All our vehicles are 4 wheel drive and equiped with snow tires, even during a heavy snow fall, we can provide our top quality service. It is possible that the transfer is bite longer tahn usual. If your pickup location is outside the resort we will manage to make sure that our chauffeur is right on time. It will also be possible that we call you to change the pickup time.
